During this 5 hour workshop participants will be introduced to Tiffany style stained glass and will complete the class with 2 finished sun catchers.
 
Participants will have the option to select one of 4 pre-cut sun catchers (monstera leaf, feather, daisy, or drop of sunshine) and will create a honeycomb sun catcher from start to finish. 
 
Starting with the pre-cut glass, students will be instructed how to apply copper foil, burnish, solder, and apply optional black patina. After gaining confidence with the soldering process, students will be introduced to how to cut and grind glass, creating multiple hexagons pieces before applying copper foil, burnishing, and assembling the individual pieces into a final honeycomb shaped sun catcher. This class is perfect for the beginner, wanting to learn!!
