Workshop Description and Expected Outcome:
Whether you are a beginner or more experienced artist, this acrylic painting workshop is for you. You will explore a variety acrylic painting essentials such as colour mixing, brushwork, knifework, and composition. With a variety of examples to reference, students can choose a style that compliments their creative experience. At the end of the 2 day workshop, you will have a completed landscaping painting from your own reference photo (please bring to first class).
Cost of supplies additional.
Students are required to bring:
- Acrylic paints (Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow, Phtalocyanine Blue, Burnt Umber, Yellow Ochre, and Black)
- Soft acrylic brushes
- Two 8x10 canvas boards

Acrylic Landscape Painting Workshop
Beginner: Students are new to the art or craft being taught. No experience is required.
Intermediate: Students have a basic understanding of the art or craft being taught. Students have taken a class or workshop previously or have otherwise had hands on experience with the art or craft.
Advanced: Students have significant experience with the art or craft being taught. Students are comfortable and competent with the art or craft.
