  • Fall 17: Pottery for Beginners - 17fPT217

    This course is geared towards people with little or no pottery experience.  You will start by hand building  with clay and progress towards using  the wheel to create pottery pieces.  Participants will also learn to glaze and fire.  Classes are small to provide maximum opportunity for one-on-one instruction. Class for Adults.

  • Fall 17: Pottery Christmas Ornament Workshop - 17fPT215

    This introductory pottery workshop is a splendid opportunity for beginners and a sure way to get into the Christmas spirit by creating tree ornaments made with raw clay.  Your works of art will be fired and ready before Christmas.  Great fun for mother and daughter, friends or anyone interested in learning a new skill.   • Fall 17: Evening Clay Workshop - 17fPT216

    Have you always wanted to try pottery but never had the opportunity?  This workshop will give you the chance to work with clay and learn some basic skills in hand molding a pottery dish.  Great fun for mother and daughter, friends or anyone interested in learning a new skill and socializing at the Craft Centre. Workshop for Teens and Adults.

  • Fall 17: Clay Workshop for Seniors - 17fPT218

    This workshop will give you opportunity to work with clay and learn, at a comfortable pace, some basic skills in hand molding pottery.  You will create a piece of pottery which will then be glazed and fired.  You will definitely have something to ‘show and tell’ your grandchildren!  Cookies and tea served after the workshop. For Adults and Seniors.

  • 2017 - Pottery Studio Time

    A great opportunity to improve on your craft, share with fellow artists, and use our equipment. For all those with pottery experience or who have taken previous WAACC pottery courses, studio drop in times are available quarterly beginning with Jan. 1-Mar. 31. The studio is open as listed, as well as 2-3 other weekly scheduled times—Studio calendar will be available online or at registration. Participants will be expected to assist with tasks associated with running the studio. Please try to attend orientation on Jan.16 10-11 am.

    Fee: $60.00.    Supplies: Purchased as needed.
