  • Sring 17:  Stained Glass - Beginner/Intermediate

    Learn to create fascinating stained glass projects using the copper-foil technique.  If you already have some experience, you will be able to expand your skills.  Course includes how to choose glass, patterns and placement, scoring, breaking, grinding, shaping, foiling, soldering and basic framing.   IFee includes equipment use but not glass which is purchased from the Craft Centre)

  • Spring 17: Concrete Leaf Casting

    Join us in making beautiful and decorative concreate leaf castings for your garden or patio this summer. In a two session course, you will make a concrete casting of your choice (rhubarb, zucchini, sunflower or other assorted foliage)    All supplies, including leaves, provided by instructor.  1 - 5 pm on Saturday. Supply fee: $25 payable at first class.

  • Spring 17: Concrete Stepping Stones

    Join us this summer in making beautiful and decorative concrete stepping stones for the garden. In a two session course, you will make a pair of concrete stepping stones with your choice of assorted foliage and decorative items (supplied by instructor).  Supply fee: $25 payable at first class.

  • Spring 17: Whimsical Art Sculpture

    In this workshop, participants will berecycling and upcycling objects into a whimsical piece of yard art; they will also learn how to create focal points of interest in a yard or garden. (A supply and gather list will be provided to participants after registration)

  • Stained Glass - Open Studio Time

    A great opportunity to improve on your craft, share with fellow artists, and use our equipment. For all those with stained glass experience or who have taken previ-ous WAACC stained glass courses, studio drop in times are available quarterly beginning with Jan. 1-Mar. 31. The studio is open as listed, as well as 2-3 other weekly scheduled times—Studio calendar will be available online or at registra-tion. Participants will be expected to assist with tasks associated with running the studio. Please try to attend orientation on Jan.16 10-11 am.
